This series discusses the qualifications and functioning of elders as leaders and administrators. While elders are not required to have the spiritual gifts of leadership or administration, per se, they must be able to teach and provide overall management of the church.
We will be looking here at the primary functions of eldership in leading and managing the church, and how they relate to the spiritual gifts of leadership and administration.
